Very good

Stayed in this beautiful 1 bedroom cottage in a lovely rural location in October. Great if you like walking. Local shops 5 minute drive away. Pubs nearby. Close to Dartmoor. Staff who I spoke to (Marcus) was very friendly and couldnt have been more helpful to make our trip an enjoyable one. Would recommend

The cottage was linked to a much larger accomodation (10 beds) which was quite noisy but as soon as we mentioned it to Marcus, it was dealt with immediately Also, if your like me and feel the cold, the heating system was controlled by the owner on his phone, so wasnt able to adjust it ourselves in the cottage. He did turn it up slightly one evening but could have been a little warmer for my liking. Luckily I had jumpers to wear.

Great wee holiday pre-surgery, I was well rested and ready for it!

As we drove in, the hosts were in the garden and were very welcoming. The keys were inside the unlocked property, and it was easy to access and get settled. A great recommendation for the Wrangaton Golf Club lunches, they really are superb!

The access road was a little challenging, but typical of Devon roads lol. Once you knew what to look for in terms of turns and landmarks, it was fine.

A welcome pack would be lovely as the cottages are no where near any shops, the bedroom is small and cramped with no air as the window does not open in the summer the bedroom will be very hot.

Clean, comfy, dog-friendly property with excellent wifi close to Dartmoor and the coast

Spotlessly clean, excellent wifi, comfy beds and furniture generally, fantastic shower, quiet, safe location, dog-friendly, extremely convenient for Dartmoor and the coast, helpful hosts

More shelf/cupboard space in the main room and a larger table would have been helpful

I would recommend the cottages to everyone! it was such a well run business, the hosts were brilliant, and the cottage w

the location was stunning, just on the edge of Dartmoor, and within east reach of the beach too. the cottage was amazing, spotlessly clean, fully equipped for all your self catering needs. the outside space was well thought out, and the views were beautiful. the hosts were fantastic and made our stay even better.
