Great accommodation with good facilities in a convenient location for our short break.

Location excellent for our needs. Clean and comfortable.

The flush mechanism on the loo was not fit for purpose and was tricky to use successfully. The bathroom sink didn't drain properly. Also, the doors to the property are fire safe so close automatically; we had to prop them open (H&S people ignore this comment!) so we could hear the kids and the dog.

The cutlery and some kitchen things were not clean on arrival. One plate was chipped.

Really enjoyable short stay

Clean and well specified. Nice staff.

Little bit noisy with busy road. Need a car or taxi as out past great northern road if you want to go in to town.

Needs upgrading too expensice.

Good location and parking.

Very dated and tired decor. Toilet was broken and we were not offered a new apartment. Power didnt work for 4 or 5 hours. Staff pretty disinterested. Very very expensive for what you get. Could have stayed in the Marcliffe hotel for similar price including a breakfast.

A nice sized apartment with everything we needed for our stay. Excellent parking.

I asked for a ground floor apartment, and we were accommodated. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay.

Decor could be done with a freshen up. The bed was quite small for a couple. Were used to a king size. The shower head was quite loose and I had to fiddle about with it to stay in an upright position. Cobwebs on bathroom ceiling.
