Nice hotel close to Hallamshire hospital and University

nice firm bed and spacious room

parking was a bit hit and miss and was not made aware of second car park until after we had paid for on street parking

Nice rooms, good breakfast and perfect location for what we wanted :)

No fault of the property - Other guests were very loud in the corridors over night which kept us awake.

Amazing staff & super lovely room

The staff were absolutely wonderful and so accommodating. The room was much nicer in person than the photos!

I was visiting hospital so location was perfect and staff are so Fri and welcoming I felt very at home

Disappointing

Location was convenient for visiting family

The hotel entrance was ok, the rest of the hotel was a mish mash of buildings, chipped paint work & tired. The first night, the radiator in our room did not work (December weather in Sheffield). A staff member supplied an oil filled radiator. Peeling wall paper above bed, we only had one electrical point in the room & no cooked breakfast.

Value hotel

Room was warm and clean and the bed comfortable. Shower was good. Staff friendly.Price was reasonable for a room without breakfast

Hotel needs a bit of tlc. Our room had opaque windows-I can understand why, as it was ground floor, but it would have been good to have had an outlook. Although we didn't need breakfast, it is always helpful to have the opportunity of having one. On check in it would have been useful to be told that you need to ask for replacements for tea, coffee etc.
