Amazing location. Conveniently located close to Safari locations. Clean. Lot of open spaces for kids to play. Right next to the Kosi river. Staff is very courteous. Breakfast is delicious.
Kosi restaurant takes a minimum of 20 minutes to serve a dish. No lifts in the building hence slightly inconvenient for families with infant.

Location at riverside was the best part. Evening engagement was also good. Staff was good and trying to do their best in limited resources, specially Bhawana at reception was really helpful and helped with a change of room on Day 2. Spa was good.
The category of a 'cottage' mentioned in the website and 'garden view' was a complete fraud. The so called cottage was smaller than a superior room and seems we have been through fraud as the cost was highest but the images shown an the website is very deceptive... definitely not worth the value charged. The garden view from balcony existed no where!! All we had was a no-privacy window onlooking other rooms' windows. Seemed to me like a pigeonhole. Utter chaos at breakfast buffet as the limited staff surely could not handle so many people.

It was awesome.
Best part of this resort was the service, which was outstanding. They also provided cart in case someone has problem walking. Rooms & ambience of the resort were really good. Its located on the River side, which serves as an excellent location. Food was also outstanding.

Morning safari service, normally all the hotel arranges tea/ coffee on house during morning safari which was not there

OK but we wouldn't come back
We loved the gardens and river location. Our room was spacious and quiet. The bar/restaurant staff were very helpful, friendly and efficient. I would like to particularly thank Anamika and Mr Tara who took excellent care of us.
The balcony was not clean and especially the chairs and table. Our room was not serviced until requested at the end of our first day. The package included a welcome drink, but my husband, who was delayed sorting the luggage was not offered one and even then I was barely given the chance to drink it before being ushered off to our room. One of the blinds was broken. Compared to other places we stayed at, it was poor value for money.

Overall a nica stay. Location was good.

Staff was humble. The river on the back qas really good.
We booked premium room. When we reached at hotel we were shown a two bedroom cottage. They told you will get one bedroom and the second bedroom might be given to another guess which was totally ridiculous.
Note for booking.com - please mention that there premium rooms are not independent rooms, instead they are part of a shared 2bhk apartment.
