Style over substance

The lobby and restaurant are lovely

Service was terrible and lots of facilities werent working throughout our stay - the lobby fire, the steps into the hot tub in the spa and the water pressure in the shower in our room was pathetic.

Amazing stay in Reykjavik at a gorgeous modern hotel

We had an amazing stay at the Edition. We were celebrating our recent marraige and my husbands 50th birthday. They gave us complimentary Champagne which was a lovely bonus and also organised all our excursions for us. Highly recommend staying at the Edition Reykjavik.

Wonderful

We arrived in from an overnight flight from America and were exhausted from jet-lag, the staff checked us in early, took care of our luggage and we had breakfast at the restaurant and then took a long nap in our room early. The staff were very knowledgeable about where to eat at places to go in Iceland

Very good

Very nice hotel, perfect spot for downtown Reykjavik.

I liked the room, the interior, decorations, the bars, the overall look. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Location of the hotel is perfect for downtown Reykjavik.

The breakfast did not meet up with my expectations for a 5* hotel. But I got a personal note from the hotel telling me that they value my opinion and will improve to meet need of people like me :)
