One of the best times and a great experience to always remember !

The view and the bar was Amazing ! We had a porthole for windows in our room that gave a fresh breeze! All amenities were great , the deck was beautiful day and night ! Had a fun time doing the paranormal night tour with a happy hour drink in between the tour , will be coming back definitely!

Ghost talkers

I liked the location, the port for the cruise ship is in the same parking lot so just a quick walk over to our cruise.

Our neighbors were trying to talk to ghosts and were banging on the walls at midnight to awake the spirits.

Exceptional

Experience the historic Queen Mary.

It's a historic hotel and we stayed there for an experience. Happy hour at the Observation Bar was great with a nice view. We got the Harbor View room and it's fun to stay there.

We were amazed by the upkeep of the hotel (it's 90 years old)!! We are glad they are still in business after the pandemic. Nothing bad to say about it.

The room was very run down. Toilet would not flush. Called someone to fix it. No one ever came. We left early it was so gross.

Exceptional

Christmastime at the Queen Mary is not to miss. The entire place is done up and looks perfect.

The staff were great. The room was gorgeous. The bathtub was sublime. Everything about the Queen Mary is great.

We had people next door to us that were pretending to be at a Bob Marley concert. I thought the ship was smokefree, but not in the room next to us. :(

We arrived after the rave. Dirty staff unprepared treated rude at entry had to kill 3 hours with lots if luggage. Got to room. Ice cold all night bed was was poor Our room was not like the one next to us . We got refunded but our stay was a joke. Thanks. Ugh

Below expectations for cost. Staff further detracted experience.

History

Got there around 4:30PM. Rooms werent ready even though we booked & paid a month earlier Restaurant reservation system went down and we were told to leave hotel and seek dinner elsewhere. Uber struggled to find our location so I went back in and asked for hotel manager as restaurant was relatively empty. Manager would not come out to see me however said system was up and we could dine. I asked if front desk could secure us seats as the kids were now starving with time that had past. The staff looked told me to go to restaurant and I told them that their had been no hostess to help the first time. She was annoyed to ensure we could get a table. The ship itself was a glorious historical specimen but needed a lot of work. Definitely should have been much less expense for the experience.
