Bliss in a Mango Orchard

Everything was excellent, the staff, the room the arrangements for Safaris and the food.

Cost was a bit high especially as all arrangements that went through the hotel got taxed.

luxurious (a bit overpriced) safari lodge

This property is a year old, so there is a lot of enthusiasm from the staff which is good and always a best time to visit when its new.

On the second day me and my wife had a nature walk booked by the resort,l which was charged 1500/- plus taxes. ok cool didnt seem a problem in the start Firstly the nature walk was on cycle, second we were just riding on the road, where the guide met his fellow ppl around and was assuming me were having the time if our lives. On return my wife had a fall from the cycle and had a minor injury on the knee So the hotel manager aditya kept a gala dinner which i thght was out of compassion but was charged 6000/- plus tax. U think they are very friendly but its just because you would spend more during the stay, during the check-out the manager aditya wasnt even present as ofcourse i was going to argue about the charges Overall the staff was amazing except for this set back.

A service oriented boutique hotel that could have more amenities

Postcard Gir has amazing service. Everything from the friendly staff to the hotel policies like flexible breakfast, check-in and check-out times, The Postcard at Gir is all about customer service.

The resort is very small. There is not much inside the property apart from well sized rooms. There is a swimming pool and that's about it. Properties of this scale must have atleast a few other amenities like a gym and outdoor sitting places for groups etc. Also there is no fridge and TV in the room which was a let down.

Amit is the manager Krish from house keeping and the best chef Shivangi made it a pleasant stay These guys are really great and I can assure this is the best property in the area ..been to other resorts nearby but didn't recieve the same treatment we recd here..this was an awesome experience .. Thanks and will come soon
