Some minor complain (Read More)ts included too many dogs, a cold walk to the spa/pools, and a small lobby area. The gift shop had strange hours and the town was not very customer service-oriented. However, guests appreciated the attentive staff and mentioned specific employees who provided exceptional service. The spa received high praise, with guests enjoying massages and the Roman Bath. Overall, the resort was highly recommended, though some felt the hotel could use renovations.

Our favorite place to stay in Mouintain Village.
Dining outside on great food, with wonderful mountain views and great staff. Only a few minutes walk to numerous eating and drinking establishments, shopping and the free gondola to Telluride.
Our room did not have an ice bucket and only had cardboard coffee cups for drinking all liquids.

Great place to stay and would stay again.
It was a great property. Didnt quite realise how high the elevation was when I booked it.
The room was nice but we found it dark.

Wake up to beautiful views
The view from the view was spectacular.
The room we had smelled like disinfectant cleaner. The staff gave us options to switch rooms which we did. The hotel rooms and amenity spaces are dated and can use an uplift.

Beautiful property.
Mandatory valet and valet people were not nice. Damaged my car by the valet. Not wanting to take responsibility.

Very nice but not quite sure the price is justified.
Super nice and clean! Great beds and shower! Robes were a nice surprise:
Valet is pretty much required which makes the already expensive price even higher.
