    We arrived after work and left in the morning so cant really comment on the hotel in general
    Location near to where we was working
    Dont be fooled by the all inclusive In previous hotels we would get starter,main,dessert with a supplement if having steak Here we paid for the food included which cost a extra 55 for the evening meal once at the restaurant we was told they basically knock 50 off the food bill (not including drinks) so we saved 5 ! The mixed grill was 28 and was very dry and not very hot, After complaining they did knock one of the meals off saving 28 but personally I would of preferred a decent meal Staff was very courteous and service was fast so no complaints on that

    We would definitely recommend the venue and stay there again.
    The room was very comfy and the spa had a good selection of facilities. The food was good in the Fat Monk and all staff very helpful.
    Breakfast was a bit chaotic on our first morning, as there were no croissants or pastries and they ran out of bread. However, on the second morning, everything was available. We think towels for the spa and robes should be available in our rooms, as well as footwear. We had no idea they weren't provided, as we have stayed at many spas and these have always been provided in our room.

    Lovely hotel with great facilities , great location,for a reasonable price
    Spacious bedrooms and nice lounges .The spa was lovely and having the pub within the grounds was great.
    There wasnt enough staff for breakfast. Installing a self service tea and coffee machines would help free up staff so they can re stock the food.

    A good overnight break with great spa facilities.
    Evening meal included and very nice indeed. Good choice of menu. Good choice of breakfast items although a little slow to refill by staff. Spa facilities really good and would definitely revisit for this.
    Room looking a little dated but bed comfortable. Hot breakfast a little slow to be refilled.

    Really great stay for new year's eve. Relaxed in the spa during the afternoon and enjoyed the new year's eve party night which was fabulous.
