Disappointing

Disappointed with the Bedroom and Facilities within!

Staff were friendly and location was good!

Very dated in the bedrooms, bed was literally like sleeping on a slab of stone! When advised nothing was done to correct the issue or even an acknowledgment!

Passable

The smoke issue would put me off staying here again sadly

The location was very good with parking which was convenient. The staff were lovely and helpful.

One of the rooms was directly above the smoking shelter and the smell of cigarette smoke was overpowering and as a non smoker this was unbearable ; plus I didnt want my young daughter breathing that in - the hotel was full and so there wasnt another room to move to- my husband slept in that room.the manager tried to address this by giving us complementary breakfast.

Disappointing

Not a happy stay this time..stays on a few occasions and always happy with the service

Lovely hotel staff welcoming

Bed where very uncomfortable.2single beds together.think they where broken.felt like I was sleeping on a hill.

Poor

All ok apart from a bad sleep because of the noise

Room was fine

The room was by the kitchen or boiler room and a loud noise started at 4.50 am and I couldnt get back to sleep as it was constant from then on and when everything is quiet that makes it extra loud.
