The Old Rectory offers outstanding service and a delicious breakfast. The room, though slightly smaller and cooler than expected, is quickly warm and cozy with lovely garden views. Guests praise the (Read More)best lounge ever and the convenient location near Hastings Old Town. The large property next to a picturesque church provides a beautiful setting. Guests also appreciate the clean facilities and friendly host, Natalie, making them want to return in the future.

One of the best B&B we have stayed at!

Great hotel and location. Staff are very friendly and the lounge area had a fire on the go so felt very cosy as we checked in. Book yourself a spa treatment before u arrive as the massages are well worth it. Breakfast was also excellent! Not a bad word to say about this place other than we will be back! Thanks for having us

Delightful staff and a delicious breakfast. The hotel was full of character and very well maintained. This part of Hastings never ceases to delight and offer so much to explore. Will definitely go again. I also had my nails polished in the beauty salon and that was great too. A normal polish lasted nearly a week!
