    No food options for breakfast. Just a very few things. One officer at reception, you need to wait much time for having any request specially there's no phone in the rooms.

    The rooms could be a bit larger. The breakfast could have a bit larger selection of vegetables and salads, I found it to be on expensive side for the choices it offered

    A very well-located hotel with modern decor and helpful staff, but the beds are uncomfortable.
    The location is excellent, easily accessible by car, and a quick tram ride (10-15 minutes) to the old city center. The garage parking is convenient, although a bit pricey. The hotel itself is beautifully and modernly decorated. The staff is decent and willing to help. The separate toilet and shower from the rest of the room were a great feature.
    The beds were disappointingly uncomfortable. The "double bed" is essentially two single mattresses placed side by side.

    We had a wonderful experience at the niu Franz Hotel. Rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was amazing. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone.
