    We still like the place, we love Newport, so we will look into returning.
    We didnt have breakfast on-site. We did like the coffee and the room was nice again I was dismayed at an amenity fee that was never mentioned along with other fees. It seems like this is just another way to gain a dollar out of peoples pockets. This amenity fee wasnt appreciated when there wasnt any extra amenities. Also occupancy fee really.

    The Hotel is in the perfect location for enjoying Newport. Staff was friendly!
    The beds were uncomfortable. The shower nozzle was dirty with some kind of build up. The air vents were covered in dust and debris.

    Great place will be back again.
    The room was great. It was clean. the thermostat worked. everything was wonderful. The staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast is a great deal and delicious. I loved the hot cider and fresh water in the lobby. Great job!
    Shower pressure was low and the shower was pointed toward wall I could not move it, this was no big deal. It was minor....
