    This is very nice hotel. Close to all the area (we explored everywhere on foot),very clean, very good breakfast, very nice waiter at breakfast table and very helpful at reception.our checking and checkout was smooth
    If you are very sensitive for sleeping than ask the room not facing towards trams way. We got that, as am not sensitive so it didnot bother me

    Very good stay at the Moon Boutique Hotel.
    We had a great stay at The Moon Boutique Hotel & Spa. The room was very comfortable and we enjoyed the ability to use the spa facilities. The breakfast is very nice. The staff was very accomodating and always ready to help. The hotel is situated less than 10 minutes from the SMN train station. The city center is close-by, about 20 minutes by foot.

    Bad value for money you will pay for
    -very nice hotel, good materials have been chosen to built all rooms
    -very poor value for the price in the room with jacuzzi and sauna -on the lights switch was an old blood which I have to clean before my girlfriend would see it -very weak service - hot water flowed only sometime which made our vacation very uncomfortable -we were solving the problems with the water with maintenance guy who did not speak english and tried to tell me, that the room has a problem, because it is on the top floor and water boilers are in the basement so? This is not my problem to be honest -I asked for room exchange but they noticed me that they are fully booked -As a compensation we received the lffer to have some drink in the bar for freevery poor

    The perfect spot to enjoy Florence but not be surrounded by tourists at all times.
    The rooms were so classy and comfortable. Everything was extremely clean and the staff was totally awesome and helpful with anything you needed. The location was ideal for catching public transportation as you simply walk outside and it is right there. The hotel was close to the train station so you could easily take the tram one stop to the hotel. We did not get to experience the SPA but the breakfast was top notch. This hotel was the perfect place for a quiet, comfortable and enjoyable retreat for couples. OMG, the staff was so nice and accommodating.
    Not much to dislike about it. If you hate walking, then the hotel is not in the best location for being in the heart of the tourist attractions. The public transportation does not get you close to the museum for the statue of David, but they will kindly request at taxi for you help in that area. Since the taxi rates are reasonable, you can still get to the Santa Maria cathedral or museum for under 13 euros if you do want to walk. If you walk, you can get there in 25-30 mins. Plenty to see on the way.
