Great location for a visit yo Chatsworth

Lovely find. Our rooms was nice and I understand they are improving other rooms. The food was excellent as was the service, great location for exploring

Staff amiable, nice village. The food is good. I left the place screaming for more. Breakfast covers a lot of tastes and staff are flexible.

Very little not to like perhaps have a quieter extractor fan in the bathroom.

Friendly and helpful staff

Curtains hanging off many hooks, unable to turn radiator off so room was very dry. Room very basic. Didnt realise was haunted - a little spooky when alone!

Lovely village pub escape

Great location, super friendly staff who were accommodating around check in time and leaving car in carpark. Nice breakfast, good quality produce. Beds in the twin were very comfy and room was just right temperature - needed the heating on but not stuffy in November. Pub itself is lovely village pub, food looked nice but we had a meal booked elsewhere. Nice atmosphere for a drink pre and post dinner! We would definitely stay again

Only a couple of minor points really. Room decor a bit tired, especially around windows where condensation is clearly a bit of an issue. Also pipes were very noisy all night whenever anyone in the place turned a tap on/went to loo, however very quiet village location so slept well overall
