a total surprise to find a Hotel so good

This was a total surprise. It is now advertised as a Country Pub with Luxury Bedrooms, but not on the Booking .com website, but it is actually that. Food was excellent, bedroom was clean, modern and new, and all staff were professional, friendly and accommodating. We would certainly stay at this establishment again.

Lovely room, v quiet, nice touches like home made Christmas biscuits and coffee machine. V friendly and welcoming staff. Definitely recommend it.

Fabulous weekend with friends. Good accommodation, food & hospitality

Beautiful location, lovely accommodation & welcoming staff. Good food & onsite car parking.

Wouldve been the icing on the cake, if they had a comfortable lounge area in the bar, for the staying guests & feather pillows on the beds for that additional touch of luxury & comfort.

Superb

Beautiful bedrooms with super friendly staff

Super friendly staff who were very attentive. Room very well furnished and I slept like a dream.

Only slight issue was the coffee machine wouldnt work in the morning. I was in a hurry , so reported it as I left , but didnt get my morning coffee.

Room was cold but no fault of staff,it's because its a small electric heater for the size of the room.

Would come again, but meuve bring an extra cover

We were Greg to meet friends We had a problem with the booking, but the staff soon sorted it and got us a table, the food was excellent, but not sure if its a new team, but things at time felt disjointed, but everyone was so helpful. So we gave a generous tip

The quilt on the bed was too thin, I was really cold and no heavy throw to compensate
