The Manifold Inn Hotel is praised for its great location to explore the southern Peaks, hearty food in the restaurant, and comfortable rooms with modern amenities. The only criticism was the security (Read More) light in the car park affecting sleep. Another reviewer enjoyed the atmosphere and service during a lunch visit. However, a guest staying in the Innkeepers Cottage found the showers challenging and suggested sprucing up the cottage. Some disappointment was expressed in the tenderness of beef cheeks but overall, the staff were attentive.

Terrible weather great place.

Nestled close to Manifold River within beautiful Staffordshire moorland / Peak District. Old buildings nicely refurbed. Lovely dining room/bar.

A memorable stay, with overnight snow giving us the worry that we might be stuck for longer!

They provided us with an early breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable, with good WiFi.

My wife would have liked the window in the shower-room to be covered, even though there was no access to the rear of the room.

Very good

Overall a very nice stay

Lovely location, nice facilities and friendly staff. Dinners were yummy.

Slightly expensive for what it is. Room was a little tired decor wise and breakfast could use some healthier options being added.

Very good

Lovely location and setting. Room was nice and clean. Bed was big and quite high but comfortable. Food was tasty, a little expensive, but very nice. There is a field for the kids to play in, which was great.

Service for breakfast was slow but I think they have walk ins from campers also. Some of the clientele were abit grumpy about the kids playing outside at one point and were rude but on the whole it was a lovely place to stay.
