    Fabulous hotel in great spot. Stayed 3 nights would have liked longer
    Everything was lovely, great staff, fantastic customer service, cute rooftop restaurant, amazing food.
    Spa facilities. Sauna just an afterthought little cupboard in the changing rooms. Not zen! But then its more geared up for treatments than spa. Initial disappointment but such a lovely stay it didnt matter after first day!

    Everything. The hotel was perfectly located in Lisbon next to everything in walkable distance. The hotel staff were very accommodating.

    The location was great - on a quiet street, but very accessible on foot to shopping on Ave. Liberdad and excellent restaurants. Room was also well appointed, and breakfast was small but delicious with incredible views. Very attentive staff.

    Amazing service, great hotel, convenient location.
    The service and the overall facility was really good. I enjoyed the in-room amenities. The location is very convenient. You are in close proximity to the really nice restaurants, shopping area and the historical spots.
    Breakfast could be improved. There buffet options were quite limited.

    If you want to be in the middle of things (and dont mind the hills) THIS IS THE PLACE TO BOOK!
    The staff are 10/10 amazing (And im picky) Wow so good!!!!!!!!! Such comfy beds, great location, spacious although nowhere to put cases) WIFI is great. Free drinks in the fridge, They are so nice. Thats what makes it special. Right by shops bars, cafes. Perfect location.
    The sofa in the room was very uncomfortable, you can hardly sit on it let alone relax, I know im moaning about the sofa which most people wouldnt use and maybe housekeeping being noisy (but they are great) which is standard, No Netflix (that I could find, they may have) Toilet takes a long time to go quiet. Only tiny things! Its so clean and superb for your stay.

    Excellent stay. We had a very comfortable and enjoyable trip. Would recommend staying here!
    Loved the location. The size and layout of the rooms was pretty good. Breakfast was excellent. Brilliant experience overall. Would recommend staying here.
    The hotel is in a "party" zone so it gets pretty loud at night - so if you are sensitive to noise it may not be ideal. The hotel does however offer ear plugs!
