Guests had a fantastic stay at The Lodge at Ruddington, praising the beautiful rooms and excellent host, Peter. The Bollinger suite was luxurious and comfortable, with stunning views over the golf co (Read More)urse. Another guest booked into the Garden Suite but upgraded to the larger suite, which was spacious and tastefully decorated. Peter provided outstanding service and a delicious breakfast. Both reviewers highly recommend the lodge for a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

A truly luxurious B&B experience

Peter provides a bespoke service. The rooms in the suite were lovely, so original and very clean. Very comfy bed and such a beautiful private space. This is something you would never find in a hotel. The breakfasts were amazing and you just pick exactly what you want for breakfast. Such a nice touch that Peter just insisted we had a complimentary glass of wine when we arrived- really lovely touch after a long, tiring journey. Also complimentary tea, coffee, chilled water and sherry in the room with fresh milk provided as and when you need it. Beds were super comfy and bathroom was spotlessly clean.

Superb

Wonderful and relaxing. We didnt want to leave!

The lodge was beautifully furnished, clean and warm. The beds and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. Peter was a fabulous host and really helpful.

There wasnt anything that we didnt like but I do feel it is better for quiet guests. We werent noisy but were conscious of any noise travelling with another family staying downstairs. It would not put me off but would not suit anyone wanting to party there.

Cosy and relaxed environment, lovely and welcoming host and clean, spacious rooms. Perfect.

Peter was an amazing host, very welcoming. Room was clean, cosy and we absolutely loved the interior design. The garden was lovely too. Bed was very comfortable and we had a great sleep. Would highly recommend to anyone. We will definitely book again.

Nothing to fault here - everything exceeded our expectations. Perfect if going to the airport as it only 10-15 min drive away. Loved everything.

Peter is an amazing host superb hospitality in the most beautiful accommodation you would ever find. We had candles at breakfast with great food just like a five star restaurant. The rooms are great also a bedroom and a lounge and we were greeted with a glass of wine. Fantastic for a special occasion.

You have to experience it to believe the highest standards and level of personal regard

Peter is an exceptional host and second to none. When he states bespoke, the Lodge exceeds any expectations and I am hard to please. This is by far the best experience of a b+b I have ever had. Personally I cannot class the Lodge as a b+b but an experience.

The lodge owner gave us a fabulous staying experience. The room is terrific with nice design and ambience. He made us a terrific breakfast that left us a perfect memory in Ruddington
