Very good

Every time great hotel, Maintenace could improve.

The room and view was amazing however we think the hotel should have let us know that there would be little or no access to beach due to beach improvement. We understand it is necessary, just should have warned us.

There were several stains on the carpeting the room, I have pictures if you want to see them. One elevator not working, Other than that it was great.

Exceptional

The room was phenomenal. The staff was fantastic. The room was very clean and comfy. I was in love with the fact that we were right on the beach. I went out on the balcony every chance I got. We will definitely be back.

My only two complaints are parking and no microwave in the room. We needed to walk, but it's quite a walk from the main entrance to our elevator. We would have loved to have a microwave just to hear up our leftover food and when my coffee got cold. That's really the only thing I can say " bad" about the place or our stay. Again, we will be back !!

Beautiful area, nice resort. Wont be back, unfortunately

Beautiful area. Restaurants on site, and outside sitting area was beautiful. Our first night, live music, large heaters in the outside bar area. So nice.

The outside bar was closed, no heaters after our 1st night there. Parking is a huge disappointment. So far away, and you PAY to park PER day. Even if you do not valet.

Superb

Beautifully located, equipped and staffed resort with minor annoyances

The facilities, location, staff are superb.

There is no hot tub in or next to the unheated outdoor pool which makes it impossible to use the pool on cool days. Also, we prefer rooms where the sink is in a separate location from the toilet. And finally: for a high-class resort like this, it is cheap to charge $11 per day for parking and $3 for tiny bottles of water in the room.
