All these people care about is getting your money. They dont care if customers are satisfied. They have no empathy for anyone and they have made that clear. Would never stay here again.

Beautiful architecture and style of building but not worth the price. Would have definitely stayed elsewhere.
Architecture and character of building.
Location, TV wasnt working to stream even though it said it was an option, no bed skirt on bed, holes in towels, old sheets, hangers in dresser but no rod or evidence there was ever a rod, on site restaurant closed, bed a little too soft. Have never used booking.com before so didnt know I could attach photos - but will remember for next time.

The beds are very uncomfortable, the phone didnt work, parking prices suck, and the cleaning fee is outrageous compared to other places and theres no breakfast for what you pay.

Love The Last Hotel would stay again!
I loved the atmosphere it has a old really comfy cozy feeling to it. Definitely would recommend!
The only thing is it is really hard to order room service.
