Very good

Need to know when they are remodeling. Was never informed.

Location and beach access. Beautiful views. Restaurant food was delicious.

Getting woke up every morning at 9 am to pounding and drilling. They were remodeling and neglected to let us know before booking and did not say a word about it when we checked in. It was so loud we finally called front desk and they just said sorry.

It was under remodel and off season so a lot of amenities were not available.

Room with ocean view was awesome. Room was very nice and clean. Resort was nice.

The room we stayed in *5038* had air conditioners that were loud/squeaky/ rough sounding which made it hard to sleep. The fridge also was on its last leg/ didnt work. The outlet next to the tv stand in the bedroom didnt work. The arm bar on the door to the balcony in the living room portion can be pulled off. *really nit picky stuff*. We had a great time and it was a nice place!

I LOVED THAT OUR ROOMS WERE NEXT TO EACH OTHER AND THAT WE COULD WALK OUT THE DOOR AND DOWN THE WALKWAY ONTO THE BEACH. MY GRANDSONS LOVED THIS THE MOST. THEY WANT TO COME BACK WHEN IT GETS WARM SO THEY CAN SWIM ALL DAY. AND THERE WERE SO MANY PLACES TO CHOOSE FROM TO EAT...OMG. THIS HOTEL IS IN THE PERFECT SPOT! WE LOVED IT.

NOTHING...EVERYTHING WAS GREAT.

It was an excellent trip and stay.

The Island Resort was an excellent place to stay. The location was near all of the things that we wanted to visit. Most of the time we traveled to eat outside the resort (not because of the food; but we were traveling around and eat on the go). We did eat a mid afternoon lunch at the resort and it was excellent. The staff was "top-of-the-line" and very friendly and listened to what we had to say or ask. Our room was excellent; it face the gulf and had a beautiful view most each day (rained and cloudy a couple of days). The beach was one of the best that we had ever been on: very soft white sand which we learned was quartz. I would recommend this resort to others.

Not much to say about this. One of the thing was that the resort was working on some of the balconies and it was very noisey. Another things was having to pay to park at $15.00 per night which actually ended up being $19.00 per night after taxes were added.
