Totally earns its #1 ranking in Southwest and Top Ten nationally

Breakfast was amazing; diversity of options and everything fresh and delicious. Extraordinary service with a nonstop smile from Nancy. Great location, walkable to everything. And they offer town car service in 3-mile radius. Beautiful lounge area outside the spa in pool area great day or night! The room was just beautiful and comfortable set in a historic 400+ year old building. Fridge minibar included no extra charge.

No idea how it could be better!

Went to Santa Fe for the first time for a mini getaway. The Inn of Five Graces and their staff made my trip even better.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was unique and beautiful. The location was great. Breakfast was good.

Temp control in room was confusing to use.

Beautiful hidden gem in Santa Fe

Unique property, a peaceful and lovely little escape, and I appreciated the attention to detail. It feels like stepping into another world. Loved the spa and the beautiful courtyards and hidden nooks.

Oddly, in my opinion the staff and management didnt seem as customer oriented and keen on providing top notch, friendly, and flawless service as I would have expected when paying $1,000 a night for a room. Additionally, the room I was staying in shared a wall with the restaurant and lobby area, so I was awoken early in the morning by music coming through the walls, it happened in evening hours too. I understand its an old building, but some sound insulation seems necessary and wise for guest comfort when you are charging premium prices.

Overall, we had an amazing time. The staff bend over backwards to make you happy. Room is absolutely stunning.

Absolutely gorgeous property and room. The staff go above and beyond to pamper you. The breakfast was wonderful, we loved the daily snacks, and dinner at Pink Adobe was out of this world. (Especially the crab cake and pork tenderloin with mole.)

The alcove in our room did not have an AC vent and was too warm at night. They provided a fan when we asked, which did help. I did not love the pillows but am really picky. I wish they offered a choice of pillows. They did help me out by giving me a memory foam pillow instead of feather.

Wonderful, an indulgent setting to celebrate special trips and occasions.

The hotel is well-located close to the key center of Santa Fe, and very near the most historic area of the city. The guest rooms are fantastic- filled with color, texture and ingenious reuse of materials from around the world. The tilework in the bathroom and elsewhere are absolutely gorgeous, as is the spa and gym areas, the pool, and outdoor patios for lounging, or dining. The breakfast menu is wonderful and part of the room cost. We also enjoyed a wonderful walking tour offered free to guests--well worth doing.

Coffee in the lobby was spotty. We didn't use the concierge service for reservations.
