We love this property always stay here when visiting Harrogate friendly staff Gorgous food great bar free parking in premises Just came back today from a lovely two day stay we stayed across in annexe which was great we have stayed downstairs in garden room was amazing a few months ago . Breakfast you have a great choice of food to pick from juices and hot drinks also Right in centre is added bonus 5* The only thing I would add if there could be background music in breakfast room as it is so quiet if you get a noisy eater next to you its not the best but had a great stay as always great price with breakfast thankyou

Great location

Fab location, nice bar and friendly staff. Room was well presented with basic amenities. Food was tasty and quick service at bar on late evening

Waited quite a while for breakfast, the waiter was lovely but he appeared to be doing more than one job during service. Due to the nature of the building there was a lot of creaky floors/doors. Found the bed frame squeaked at every small movement

Lovely boutique hotel

Close to centre/shops/restaurants Lovely pub and great atmosphere Big room with plenty of storage space for our bags/clothes Facilities in the room were very good with tea, coffee, biscuits and water. Nice warm room (we actually turned the heating down to our own preference) Nice breakfast - good selection and accommodates all. Get both a cold and hot drink if you wish which is nice.

Parking was a bit of a nightmare. Very limited spaces available for private parking. We parked in the multi story close by in the end. Breakfast was a tad slow in service but it was busy. Took approx 20 minutes for drinks to arrive. Very small bathroom - it was ok just very tight. Shower was powerful though and water nice and warm. Towels were very small though. Our room was at the top of the first flight of stairs and a little noisy with through-flow of traffic. Once that settled I heard no one next door or above so extremely quiet. Didnt hear the pub below either.

Great place to stay in Harrogate

In the centre of Harrogate close to everything. An excellent bar serving the full range of Taylors beers. An excellent Yorkshire breakfast and the food in the bar looked good.

There was a lovely included breakfast! Staff were really helpful. Perfect location for exploring Harrogate!

We had quite a lot of light in the room at night from lights at the front of the pub, could do with some better covering curtains!

Excellent throughout as always

We stayed in an annex for the 1st time, it was ok but noisy due to the bins etc being emptied early morning, you dont hear this in the hotel. The staff and bar is excellent as is the breakfast. The staff work hard, this is the 3rd time weve stayed and always look to book here if we go to Harrogate.

Just the early noise from 7am with the bins being emptied.
