Very good

Lovely old heritage building and slap bang in the middle of town, great sized family room with plenty of space.

The room had an old stained carpet and could do with lick of paint it otherwise

Will never go back!

Central location

Parking situation very inconvenient and had to pay for a new $9 ticket each time you left & re-entered the car park. Staff were ignorant & unhelpful about EV charging. Staff were not trained in respectful customer service.

Disappointing

Position, history, room

Tv very old with limited stations. Property could do with lots of maintenance as its looking very tired. Breakfast in restaurant/bar area down stairs was terrible. Eggs and toast over cooked. Would recommend eating out.

Location, Location & Location! Best and most convenient place to stay. Huge Hotel and looks so good both from inside and outside.

A Microwave oven should have been provided.

Good

Relaxed atmosphere. Great history. Comfortable room.

The Hotel had a great atmosphere. We value the history of the building. We would return, but just never again at Christmas. We were not warned there would be no breakfast on Xmas morning due to hotel functions.

The main problem was a lack of information from staff. We were not told that the parking lot would be locked and bolted during Christmas day, so we would not have access to our car to reach an appointment.
