    Perfect house. Unhelpful customer service at management company.
    The house itself is beautiful, tastefully decorated, cozy and comfortable. Original architectural details are preserved. We simply loved the house! The location is perfect.
    Unfortunately the cable tv was not working when we arrived and the washing machine malfunctioned on our second to last day. I contacted Vacasas customer service several times regarding these issues, and although they were pleasant on the phone they were not particularly helpful and the issues were never resolved.

    One bathroom for 3 rooms without lock, almost all door handles need replacement, wifi password is too complicated
