Overall, guests had a great experience and plan to return.

Parking was fine. The buffet was brilliant. Nice bar drinks reasonably priced. Room was fine.

Didn't realise we couldn't get breakfast on the Monday morning and the bar didn't open at all later. We had a double bed but the duvet wasn't big enough too short on length and short on width

LOVELY HOTEL.

Dilip was very welcoming. He carried my luggage, when he showed me to my room. The room was beautiful and the hotel was in an excellent location for visiting The Waterloo Music Bar, which was only 1 or 2 minutes walk away. The hotel was in a very old and charming building which had wooden beams. The bedroom was ensuite and very clean. All ensuite facilities worked well. The bed was comfortable and there was a hospitality-tray. There was a free-standing heater, in the room. There were plenty of windows and the room was nice and bright. There was plenty of furniture, in the room. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. There were plenty of bus-stops, close to the property !

Super comfy bed

Nice clean room bed was super comfy and tha breakfast in the morning was cooked fresh and was delicious

Only downside was the amount of stairs we was on the top floor and no lift

for what the Gurkha offers it is an excellent place to stay. Buffet and bar are all you could want. Staff are so friendly. Couldn't ask for more!
