Perfect location and facilities for a short and pleasant stay.

Great location. Quiet. Large and modern room. Comfortable beds. Family room also includes separate sub-room for privacy. Easy to come and go as needed.

Rooms could do with hooks for coats and scarves.

Guest house broadstairs.

The hosts,the room,the breakfast was lovely and the guest house was very welcoming.

The only downside was the room I was in was on the side of the house and being on a main road in and out of Broadstairs there was a lot of traffic noise.

Options when things go wrong in B & B

Close to town and the owners are very friendly. Our room okay and clean. Breakfast had a problem with electricity which couldn't be helped. However the breakfast was burnt and cold and bacon rock hard. The coffee was extremely weak and not very hot. I would have preferred a discount off and an option to get breakfast elsewhere. This was not offered. Just a lot of apologizing. I know this may come across a harsh review, but, when there's a problem look at other options for customers to choose in these circumstances.

I felt it was over priced by 30/40 we paid 130.

It was a perfect short break in all ways.

Perfect location,a lovely house and my room was comfortable,clean with a very comfortable bed.The house had a homely feel to it, breakfast was excellent with a variety of choice -and lovely fellow guests. I loved my hosts,both so friendly and attentive .I would definitely stay here again .

Honestly, I cant think of anything. I chose here because the room photos looked good and righthly so.... .Also the location was midway between the station and the beach with very handy shops inbetween.

The staff were lovely and the guest house was large and clean and the breakfast was tasty. I would recommend the guesthouse but i wouldnt rate it as luxury it was more expensive than other places in Broadstairs and the room didnt.reflect the price. The house was nice and quiet and owners very friendly and welcoming.

Its a shame you cant park near the guest house. There seemed to be parking at the back but guests cant use it. Whilst our room was clean and had all you needed the bed was rather uncomfortable and the room was small. The shower was a little tired, silicon aged and weakened. The room was also really hot but we were able to turn the radiator off and open the window.
