Ambience good.. food is good. Overall lovely property to stay.

Early mrng when I asked for milk tea ... one of the staff told me that there is a kettle n tea bags available in the room so u can make it yourself. Well, that's rude. I raised a complaint, but nothing was done... well !!!

Very good

A calm and comfortable oasis

The service, care and attention from the staff is exceptional. The restaurant and the choice at breakfast is excellent. Guwahati is a busy, noisy and dusty town. The Greenwood resort is an oasis of calm and beautiful gardens which I found very relaxing.

My experience of the internet reception was intermittent and unpredictable. I understand from the very helpful IT technician (who did his best to help me) that the hotel system is undergoing an upgrade. I hope they'll consider installing a secure system as their current internet is open.

The location is very bad just off the main highway. There are no shops around - eg if you feel like buying some chips or soft drinks or even medical shops, the nearest ones are more than 3-4 kms away. Inspite of sending a couple of emails to the property prior to the stay, there was no revert on either email Booking.com - did not get any email from you when the booking was confirmed i.e post the free cancelLation date. Moreover your website kept throwing a page error when I tried to open the booking at the time of checkin
