Would have been a good stay if bar service was available

Centrally located. Comfortable rooms.

Unfortunately despite there being a comfortable bar area the staff refused to serve any drinks. Why is the hospitality industry charging for facilities that are not being offered. We were a party of 20. If you you are not prepared to open the bar dont advertise that you have one.

A lovely start to Christmas.

Great location for visiting Canterbury and was full of character and history. Staff were friendly and breakfast was delicious.

A very pleasant short stay at the Falstaff

I arrived by train and the hotel is literally minutes from the station From the moment you walk in there is a nice feel to the place and the staff were exceptional My room was of a very high standard and the housekeeping was faultless Breakfast was good choice and high standard

Comfortable room and great location

Bed deliciously comfortable, lovely size room. Receptionist checked me in early which was very appreciated.

Room right by a doorway so was very noisy. Breakfast nice but a bit of a letdown in terms of value for money. Despite all of this still my favourite hotel! Pillows were terrible though
