Guests have praised The Elmfield for being clean, welcoming, and beautifully decorated with comfortable rooms. The hosts were accommodating and not intrusive. The B&B is conveniently located near a p (Read More)ark and within walking distance of the beach and main attractions. Guests enjoyed the delicious and plentiful breakfast. Some suggested additional storage in the rooms, but overall, they are already planning their next visit to The Elmfield.

Very good

Clean, Comfortable and Great Value (With Quality Biscuits)

Very clean and good value accommodation. The bed was comfortable. Good quality biscuits with the tea tray. Everything you might need for a visit to Yarmouth and close to everything. We had a sea view. You could have your coffee at a table in your room and see the sea from the window, what could be better.

Best place to stay in Great Yarmouth. Great rooms, great facilities and superb hosts.

We lived everything. The room was beautifully decorated and comfortable beds. The coffee and tea facilities were replenished every day without being asked. The hosts were friendly and helpful. We also felt very safe there. Lovely area.

The second floor was a bit high up, but was worth it.

Ok for a night.

The room was very clean. Tea and coffee was provided as well as biscuits. Quiet location and managed to park right outside the property.

Bed was a little hard, room was a bit small and functional rather than cosy. Breakfast was not available at the time we stayed, which was disappointing as so many other reviews had said how good the breakfasts were.

Lovely, nice and very clean room, area is very quiet too. Delicious breakfast and wonderful owners.

Very nice and well-decorated room, spacious and very clean, as well as the entire facility. Very quiet area. Delicious breakfasts served in a charming dining room. Very nice and helpful owners, you can see that they really care about their guests and take care of every detail. We remember our stay very fondly and will definitely go back there. Thank you

First class bed and breakfast guest house

The greating to arrive to was lovly and warm welcoming told us were are room was and made us feel at home the minite we walk though the door. Told is about the area and and asked us how are jouney went owner Was a true gentleman. We stayed in room 8 Which was lovely and clean throughout the bed was comfortable TV with netflix and all the normal Channels Room Even had Wi-Fi. I would definitely recommend this to anyone staying in yarmouth The best of all Was the Value for money. I would definitely be staying again Without doubt. 1st class Bed and breakfast Guess house.

To be honest There was nothing I did not like A part from the shower is a bit tricky to get used to.

Superb

A warm and efficient welcome on arrival. Good sized, well decorated and very clean room, with comfortable bed and spacious, modern en-suite. Great location: a quiet area, but only a short walk to beach and town centre. A lot of care shown to visitors wants, the quality of the building and the facilities.
