Amazing stay, the staff is incredible
Property was in a quaint part of the city, well lit, and very clean. The staff was incredibly kind and so knowledgeable of the area.

We will be back.
We had a corner room and the view was so nice. It was great to walk to dinner and then to River Street. Wish we had more than one night to stay.

The location was great could walk anywhere and the view from the room was awesome
Didn't like that they charge for parking 45 dollars a day. For what I paid to stay there it should have been free! So had to park on the street behind the hotel and worry about my car being towed away the whole stay I was there at the hotel

Definitely not has nice as the first time! Very disappointed.
Our room was right beside some conference rooms and it wasn't always super quiet. They left lights on all night etc. First time we stayed here we were upgraded to a suite and had an amazing view. This room didn't half compare to that so it was disappointing.

Great location, nice hotel although the rooms are a little dated, but the hotel is really nice. It has a restaurant, coffee bar, and a full bar within the hotel, facilities are great!

The location is perfect!
The amenities in my King Suite were lacking. No refrigerator, no microwave, no sitting area as seen in pictures, very thin blanket, thermostat in room inoperable, no bathtub.
The room was no better than any given Hotel Room in America. I thought by ordering a $465 King Suite, it would have some luxurious options and overall feel. Very disappointed with purchase. Every hotel Ive ever stayed at around that price range was far superior. Feel like I was totally hosed.

Great location. Rooms in need of an upgrade.
Great location.
No fridge. Tiny TV in the room. Small balcony with no furniture. Fire pit was not working. I was charged parking for a second car that is not mine. Make sure to review your bill. Trying to fix my bill. Frustrated.
