Superb

Very close to all the amenities and nice big double queen room for our family. Jacuzzi and smores a bonus. Good kitchen facilities to make own food.

Disappointing and overpriced

Location

This property is not what it presents like online. Amenities below basic. No phone in rooms so No access to front desk and room was across the road in snow conditions.

Very good

Super-friendly and relaxed place to stay with easy walk to restaurants, lake and gondola. Great family holiday

Lovely friendly staff and great bar/communal lounge/fire pit area. No pressure to buy drinks in order to enjoy the facilities. Hot tub at end of the day was bliss.

The rooms cd have done with more hanging space esp for bulky wet ski kit

Clean , kitchen area

The staff do the check in service as well as taking drink order. I had to wait for a while to order a drink until the staff deal with a customer for check in. It was quite confusing to check in. It looks cool but it seems in chaos when it gets busy

We absolutely loved it and we will be coming back soon

The amenities were amazing. The common areas were absolutely pleasant, we loved the pool and hot tub, the fire pit, the kitchen. It was a great vacation with my partner, our kid and our dog.

There was construction happening right next to our bedroom and unfortunately they were fully booked so they couldnt move us to a different room.

Coffee shop and kitchen areas made it homey feeling and all the staff we encountered were upbeat and super helpful...my wife definitely approved and we'll be back again.

It would be nice if a smoker section with a fire ring...I like a cigar come evening and sitting on the street isn't relaxing

Pleasant

Location is great! Near Heavenly Village and Lakeside Beach. The bedroom is very simple, nice bed, climatized, fridge, TV (although ours didn't work well during our stay). Bathroom has amenities, hairdryer and is climatized too. The hotel provides a smore's kit and the experience of preparing it in the fireplace is nice.

We were expecting more confort in the bedroom. Our TV conection with Internet didn't work well, kept instable.

Nice lodge, but important room for improvements

New inatallations, nice ammenities in the room and complimentary drinks, reasonable internet. Also has a beautiful decoration.

Room cleaning maintenance. I stayed 4 nights and my kids'room wasn't cleaned at all...not even 1 day. I asked in the reception and nothing happened. My room wasn't cleanned 1 of the days and when cleanned floor stayed dirty.
