Good rooms, bad organization.

The co-work space was a plus for me. The beds were very comfortable, the space was big enough to have all your stuff inside with you and they have black out roller curtains Staff at the reception were nice. Bathrooms were usually clean.

Only 3 bathrooms/showers for too many beds, you could be in line for a shower for half an hour or more. The staff would start cleaning beds at 7am, it was crazy, they were very loud, moving everything around and talked to each other inside the rooms as if they were out on the streets at 3pm, no respect for people sleeping, even on january 1st when most people went to bed late. There was only one person making breakfast for dozens of people, it was super slow (not her fault of course) and it started at 7.30 when most tours start at 8, so you had 20 people standing in the kitchen waiting for their breakfast that they had to eat in one bite and standing up (only like 8 seats at the table) around other people seating, so they wouldn't be late, why not just start that at 7 and have more staff doing that instead of cleaning the dorms first?

Suitable for one night pit stop and thats about it.

This is on one of the busiest street in the Old Town so if youre looking for that location its good. The en-suite bathroom was clean. The staff at the front desk are friendly.

We booked a private room with en-suite. The image has a window. We did not have a window in the room. There was one small thin blanket to share between two- no sheet. The pictures have a luxury soap but it was just a wrapped bar of the cheapest soap available. We used our own. We had to use a towel to cover ourselves. Didnt see anyone use the jacuzzi - wouldnt have myself either. Dont think it was worth the cost of around 65. For a little more we could have had a proper hotel (and windows).

The location, because you can easily get around the most emblematic places in Cartagena by walking. Breakfasts are available and the portion of fruit varies every day.

The location was perfect, the room was tidy and clean.

Just 3 bathrooms with integrated shower to share with many people. It means that if 3 people are showering, there is no toilet available for many minutes. It is not a big problem if you stay just a couple of nights (we were there 2 nights), but it could be annoying for longer stays. We didn't get a towel, we had to use our towels.

Efficient stay for the old town

Perfectly placed in the middle of the old town, its perfect as base camp to explore around. We had a private bathroom and the room did its job as a cheap night in a good spot. Would recommend!

Location Wifi is fine Breakfast just ok

Staff unfriendly apart from the woman who made breakfast and seemed to do everything while those on reception sat their phones. Only one bathroom for about 20 beds. Two others were locked for my first two nights and then on the final night they were opened. No sheet or blanket unless you ask.
