Everything comfortable - small but very nice room, great breakfast and great location. Staff friendly and helpful.

Rather let down by no hot water in my room and at least one other room. Lack of reception after 1800 was a surprise but not a problem.

This is a wonderful experience for those visiting Brighton !

Everything was amazing, from the wonderful greeting when we arrived to the comfortable stay what a fantastic location, five stars the staff were polite and professional whilst remaining very personable.

The breakfast was good, but maybe a little more for the price we paid would have been better(1x rasher of bacon as an example) didnt detract from the stay just some constructive feedback.
