Lovely hotel

Stay was excellent., we ordered breakfast with the staff my wifes arrived promptly but mine did not arrive at all despite the order being confirmed by 2 different members of staff

Beautiful hotel cant fault the hotel

Beautiful hotel. Lovely rooms. Beds comfiest we have ever slept in

The service in the restaurant/ bar area was poor. Waited too long to be served. So we left and went elsewhere for a bottle of champagne

I have reason to.manger office he will cal tomtop manger about dinner is very bad not good health by sausages not clear light don't be tummy is not clear cos I'm not comfortable them dinner eats all .not right .

We had a lovely stay at the Grosvenor to do some Christmas shopping and enjoy the Christmas Market.

The breakfast was good, served well and there was plenty to eat. the room was nicely furnished and decorated and very clean. Location was excellent for the center of Chester.
