Loved my stay

Very good location in the center, on a quiet street which means you can actually sleep well at night and even open the window. The common area is a real plus, clean and cosy. The room is also nice and very clean, with a nice view and small balcony. I had some work meetings to do there and it was great to have a small desk, chair and good wifi in the room.

They put lots of perfume in the room when you first check-in, and at some point you understand they do so because the bathroom has some sewer odors sometimes. Also, the "double bed" is actually two single beds put together ; one of the mattress was very comfy, one was horrible.

Very good

The location is very nice, about 5 mins walk from Rossio metro station. They don't have kitchen but you can still use the public area to eat and wash some fruits or veges. Very clean place, and they will clean the room everyday, we appreciated that a lot!

You can hear the street sounds such like sirens, trams...etc. but it's relatively quite as there's not much shops or restaurants open late at night down stairs.

High quality stay in very good location. I would definitely recommend staying in this hostel

Comfortable bed with curtain (which for me is very important to feel more private), each bed has it`s own light, outlet, and USB port and locker. 24/7 reception desk and easy check-in/check-out at any time of the day or night (I checked in at 2 am). You can enter/exit hostel any time. In general super clean and nice-looking place giving 'fancy hostel vibes'. Perfect location right in the city center close to all the sites, facilities and metro

Clean but very basic.

The service was great. The rooms were clean.

It smelled like they pumped some kind of deodorizer into the heating system. It always smelled of chemicals. Also, the heat was always on full blast without the ability to control it in the room. I had to ask the front desk 4 times during a two day stay to turn off the heat in the room.
