Everything, the room was lovely, warm and inviting. Breakfast was tasty and you weren't rushed. David couldn't do enough for us. Will definitely be going back.

Excellent stay.

As always we had a lovely time,Owner David can't do enough to make your stay an enjoyable one & will go out of his way to help you. Our Superior room had everything you would want with great sea views & Cumbrian fells in back ground. Breakfast is excellent as is his efficient service.

Absolutely fabulous, very attentive host and is quite simply so much value for money.

The attention to detail is absolutely outstanding, down to little things like a book with poems for every night being placed in the room and its bookmarked to your stay. The quality to finish in the room is exceptional as in the aesthetic. Nothing is too much trouble for the owner and you are guaranteed a fabulous stay.

There is nothing not to like, its that simple.

Fantastic guest house

Our second time here and just as great as the first time. David is a fantastic host, very friendly and hospitable. The little touches in the rooms such as fresh flowers, treats, milk in the fridge, sleep pillow spray and straighteners really top it off! The breakfasts are amazing too. Definitely be back again next year and thoroughly recommend.
