The Bristol Hotel received positive reviews overall, with guests highlighting the friendly check-in experience and excellent room service menu. Guests appreciated the additional window in the room to (Read More) reduce street noise and the availability of umbrellas. The central location, around a 15-minute walk from the main train station, was also praised. However, some mentioned that the bathroom was small for two people and there was no fridge in the room. Special thanks were given to the team for their honesty and thoughtfulness.

The suite was incredible and staff amazing, minibar being included and the welcome platter were lovely, as well as the voucher for drinks at Ricks.

Loud music was audible in the room till 3am. The room hadnt been heated before arrival and the bathroom had no heating, which in December was pretty uncomfortable. There was also lighting under the sink which meant the bedroom had low lighting all night which disturbed sleep further.

Poo left in the toilet on arrival. Also when trying to pay for the room at checkout. Was refusing too take cash. Then after speaking to another member of staff it was completely fine. Just all unnecessary

The location was perfect, the staff were very helpful and friendly. The room, although a 'budget' room, was spacious enough, and had everything we required for our stay.

The car park, although connected to the hotel, was particularly awkward to access by foot, with poor signage - not a fault of the hotel, but something should be done about it. No other complaints, a nice stay in a nice place.
