They mentioned the nice playground and perfect pool, along with the availability of complimentary pool towels. (Read More)The breakfast buffet had plenty of choices and the food was good. They said they would stay there again and also mentioned that their toddler enjoyed it. Another reviewer expressed their gratitude to Tori, the manager, for helping them when no one else would. They mentioned a positive experience with Tori making things right and even sending back a lost item for free. Overall, they plan to recommend the hotel to friends.

    Toilet leaked, cigarette ashes in nightstand, dirty sink, thermostat on wall broken, several hairs on floor in bathroom, crappy pillows, short covers - didn't come up high enough, poor mattress

    They had no compliment breakfast at all and if u wanted anything you had to pay for it beds was wore out room didn't get cleaned at all had to go request towels and on top of that they let my grandkids sit in a cold car until I got it fixed and then had to call tow truck to get jump started because it is against policy to help out anybody

    For the reason we were in Branson this was the best choice and location. No regrets.
    Coffee is in the lobby, the microwave is in the laundry room, but you have your own mini refrigerator. The meeting we were attending was in the auditorium on premise which is why it was the best location with a good price. It has a nice mini golf course, we played twice. The pool was closed for the winter when we were there. The Wi-Fi had no password so connection was constant and easy. The room had a coffee pot but I used the lobby machine instead.
    It had a shower stall, if you really like your baths you may want to choose another place. The restaurant was closed for maintenance the days we were there so I can't review it.

    A little small, but not a real problem for me. You could hear the conversations from the next room and the hallway, so not great insulation between rooms

    Nothing clean, was a roach in my room, as soon as I checked in I had to have someone come clean my toilet as it had dried up pee on it.
