Very good

In summary it was good stay. It might be good idea for someone to show how to use the heating and keep the window open.

Location suited us. Nice and clean shower. Blackout curtains.

Difficult to control the room temperature, We had twin room but the single bed was too narrow,

The double room was very cozy, good-sized, and most importantly, very clean. and it was a great option for short stay. The location is in a good neighborhood, also close to Frankfurt Sud Station(around 15 min by foot) a little bit further from the center and central station, but you can easily get there via various means of transportation i.e. tram, bus etc. There is also supermarket Aldi close by. Overall, we would love to come back to stay again and even for longer if we are back to Frankfurt.

Not necessarily bad, but we didn't expect that they would require a deposit of 50 euros. It might be because we stayed there 1 night only. But it was just unexpected and first-time experiencing this.

Overall the hotel was a good start to our vacation. The room was new and comfortable. And it was an easy walk to the nea

This was the first stay for our vacation. The hotel was a walk to the nearest tram station but it was totally fine. They let us check in early and had a great breakfast (not included).

The hotel parking garage is something we were not used to. It was difficult to use as we were required to use a metal ramp structure. Something we do not have in the states. As a result, we ended up parking on the street.

Smells and maybe it was just the time we were there, location is far from old town especially if its cold

Adequate, like I could open the window

The Frankfurt area has a particular odor to it, and it was very heavy on our floor (2nd) and especially our room. I thought it was maybe cleaning agents or something since when we first arrived we saw people cleaning coming out the elevator. But the smell never went away. Ive never smelled anything like this before (my wife says smells like potato farts ha ha).
