Great location.. room not so good

Fantastic location.. car parking

Room was tiny.. Never 172 sq feet.. bed ended less than a foot from radiator. Shower leaks all over the bathroom floor. Totally impersonal.. never saw a member of staff. Security lock was not set up..

Fab location, clean and tidy room, free parking.

Location. Ease of check in.

Noisy building entrance impacts ground floor rooms. Zip lock bed isn't ideal for couples.

Excellent quality apartment and great value for money!

Great studio apartment very close to the centre, lovely sized room and facilities. Would definitely stay again if returning to the area!

Very good

Very enjoyable stay.

Comfortable bed and good kitchen facilities.

When we walked in there was a very unpleasant smell from the bathroom. Some of the cutlery and the scissors in the drawer were dirty.

Disappointing

Depressing room, uncomfortable bed so I left and booked in to another hotel.

Pokey room; I could hear a dog barking. Bed was uncomfortable.

Nothing!

Why don't they take a photo of Room number 6? It's a shoe box! Hot & stuffy & then cold when opening a window. No staff anywhere to be seen except the cleaning lady who was in a hurry to go home! One time she did not make my bed. She even told me she was in a hurry to go home! Lazy!! Another time I ran out of toilet paper at night (thank goodness I had lots of packets of tissues) & on the very last day the milk in the fridge was off. A very long walk to Harrogate town centre. One needs a car. It was clean but big deal that it's clean? I expect nothing less, I refuse to thank any hotel management for being clean!
