had an excellent stay

the room was a decent size you had plenty of room to move about it was also very clean and had a comfortable bed and had a settee in so you could sit in comfort to watch tv or have a cup of tea had a good sized bathroom too the cooked breakfast was filling and nicely cooked plus there was a choice of cereal plenty to set you up for the day and lorraine and brian are very friendly hosts had time to talk to you

Great location, spotlessly clean, delicious breakfast!

Great, quiet location only a couple of mins walk to prom and trams. Owners friendly and helpful. Room small but clean and nicely decorated, had everything we needed. Beautiful breakfast with lots of choice. Guest car parking.
