Staff was horrible,we were charged twice.front desk very nonchalant about it.Mallory seemed very dismissive .nice hotel but this made us never want to book here again.

Great except for Bookings

Exceeded hope and expectations. Dalton Doss on the he desk was especially professjonal, hospitible.and helpful.

Registration on web page phone # turned out to be Bookings. Com with unintelligible and inacurate information. Never got to know what costs where untill we paid .Requests for cost data diverted to Bookings were answered rudely and impatiently. . Bookings badly smears Mariott,s good reputarion and should be discontinued.

The Battle House Renaissance was much more than we expected. The building itself is beautiful and spacious, offering many amenities, such as a beautiful pool and spa, as well as delicious onsite dining with friendly staff. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. All of the staff we encountered was friendly, welcoming and helpful. We would definitely stay there again.
