    The resort looks amazing when we arrive, and the coach service was great.
    Limited Breakfast selection, no Television in the room, cot requested was not clean.

    The place gave a great relaxing vibes. Staffs and customer service was very prompt in their responses. Clean and comfortable rooms.
    Their spa service could improve a little. We went to the massage place at Treasure Bay, the ambience and service was better and the price is more affordable.

    It was a fun trip but if it include some complimentary activities it will be even better!
    Special as it allows the children something different.
    They may include some inclusive activities such as complimentary morning yoga or exercise together. The entry fee to treasure did really have much difference as all the games inclusive the slides need to pay

    Good facilities, friendly staff and good food
    Staff was really friendly and professional and answered questions readily and in a very prompt and professional manner.
    The tents are too close together that you can hear next doors conversation. Also, the tents near to the bars are easily affected by the loud music on Saturday nights.
