Superb

All good.Only small but insignificant snag was the pool had to be booked in advance which I didn't know of until I checked in.I was only there for one night.

OK place to sleep for a night a bit off the beaten track

Bathroom and shower cabinet were nice and modern.

Room was quite tiny and no place to put and open the luggage.

Convenient location. Helpful reception staff.

We booked the superior room, heaven knows how tight a cosy double wouldve been. The volume from the band in the bar was unreal. They really shouldnt put people in rooms above it. Breakfast was very poor. Lots of options but the cooked stuff was very poor quality and the choice if you didnt fancy a full fried was almost non existent. The shower over the bath is very strange, more like a power hose. It is clearly advertised that accessibility is limited, it is. So many people with walking aids struggling up awkward stairs.

We loved it and will go back if we get the chance.

Most went very well

There were issues with the spa access which was by key card. The spa was excellent but the key card access was very variable. We visited the spa 3 times,. First time worked well. second time worked for male but not female Third time didn't work for male or female We reported the issue to hotel staff. They suggested that we had missused the system which I don't think we had, I am familiar with IT systems. Their system is faulty in my opinion. .

The single beds seem quite small. More importantly the quilt was not big enough for the bed, didnt hang down at the sides or over the bed end, meaning it kept slipping off me
