    A beautiful place to escape the crowds of nusa / bali
    The pool was the star of the show, it was incredibly beautiful, looking out into the ocean! The whole resort is so peaceful and quiet, the perfect place for rest and relaxation. The staff are so helpful at sorting out anything you need, and free port pick up and drop off is included which is a great bonus.
    The location is fairly remote which means you need a scooter or taxi to get around.

    The staff was so friendly, attentive and very helpful with every request. The size of the room was good enough to accommodate a couple. I would definitely come back.
    The A/C wasnt big enough to cool down the room. But nothing major.

    Beautiful little resort with the best staff. The view from the room and pool during sunrise is spectacular. Pick up and drop from the port was smooth. There was a minor issue with the shower in the bathroom which they promptly fixed. Overall the best staff and lovely place for short stay in Penida. They helped us with scooter rentals and laundry too.
    The breakfast was average. If they can take the food up a notch it will be perfect.

    Loveeeee the location!!! Really one of the best resorts i've stayed. Good views, ambience and staff :) comes with a free hotel pick up and drop off at the port which is ~30mins away. Staff was very friendly and helpful - water heater was not working and they tried their best immediately to fix it albeit it not working. Had the best time here! Highly recommend it~

    Amazing stay and great stuff
    The stuff was very friendly and helpful. Location is great and the pool area is amazing. It is close to Diamond Beach (approx. 30 min with car) They have a free shuttle to the Harbour (pick up and drop off).

    It was an excellent experience, Our stay at the resort was wonderful, the room and the view from the room was excellent, the staff and the facilities were nice. The staff was very friendly and catered to all our requirements. The in-house restaurant was good and the food was amazing.

    It was an excellent experience staying at Angkal Resort, the room was brilliant and the view from the room is amazing, you have an infinity pool overlooking the beach, we had some amazing sunrise in Nusa Peninda from bed. The staff was extremely good and very friendly, we travelled with our one year old son.. and the staff was very nice and they catered to all our requirements. The room was clean, big and spacious and had all the amenities. The food at the restaurant was awesome and they served good food and it was good value for money too. Special shout out to the staff and their services.... you guys are doing an amazing job keep up the good work. All in all we enjoyed our entire stay at the resort and would definitely go back, when we visit Bali again
