Will definitely stay again

Lovely huge family room, plenty of space for 2 adults & 2 kids. Quiet room too. Breakfast was excellent with a great selection of fresh fruits too.

The kids pool was closed for maintenance & on our last day (NYE) the pool was closed completely, so slight disappointed kids

Weve stayed here several times now. We like the rooms, location and pool. Nice comfortable stay as usual

Fantastic trip, great staff

Hotel was lovely Staff were fantastic Pool was closed a few times during our stay which we had primarily booked for.

Great stay but has slipped from last visit

Great price Easy check in Nice spacious room Good choice of drinks Friendly reception staff Plenty of pillows/ comfy beds Steam room and sauna are good

Comfier chairs by the pool would be good for relaxing Steam room broke day one, jacuzzi day two and whole swimming pool day 3 Bathroom hadnt been cleaned on arrival- crisps and hair all over floor Had to ask for loo roll twice as you get one tiny wee one on arrival Pool changing room has no padlocks available. No private area to change ( not even one wee bit or cubicle) and was covered in oose and hair and showers dirty Plug didnt work in bath Restaurant poorly organised plates not cleared when needed, not seated in correct area as per booking for dinner, no drinks order on being seated, starters pretty poor- mains mediocre and have to ask about room service not clearly advertised- also nothing to indicate porridge or different eggs at breakfast - guests having to ask for hot water, and things running out as not being kept on top of at all

We love coming here as its always clean, comfy and love using the pool

Theres nothing we dont like. Was a big disappointment that we couldnt use the pool today but these things happen.

Very nice hotel with great staff. Mattresses need replacing.

Good location. Out of the city centre but only a 7 minute taxi journey away. Didnt get a chance to try any of the facilities, including restaurant / bar / health suite as I was there on a very short stay for business.

When I arrived, I was informed that I had been given a complimentary upgrade to a. Room with a king-sized bed, which was lovely of them. Unfortunately, the mattress on said bed felt like it was made out of concrete.
