The hotel scenery is good but the attitude of the driver was quite unpleasant for us.

The highland scenery from our balcony was nice. Room was spacious and clean

The location isn't ideal; you have to walk alongside the road for about 15-20 minutes. Our experience with the hotel's shuttle was quite unpleasant that is why I decided to do this review. Despite the hotel advertising free shuttles to and from the city center, it actually depends on the driver's mood. Once, when we needed to go to the city center, the driver was busy with touristing another group, leaving us stranded. What made matters worse was that we had a bus to catch in the morning, and we specifically asked both the receptionist and the driver to arrange transportation to the city center one day before. However, the next morning, the driver decided not to show up, the local taxis are also not coming to the hill so this forced us to run to the bus station in heavy rain to catch the bus. We ended up completely soaked.

This place is recommended to stay for a reasonable price.

The hotel location is nearby to many attractive places such as Pasar Malam, Centrum Mall. Our stay in this hotel made us feel like home. The staff was very helpful.

definitely will consider toplist for place to stay when visit CH soon!

1) Room super clean and comfortable. 2) Balcony, view of hill back of resort was superb. Good to chill morning time. 3) For muslim, sejadah was provided and qiblat also mentioned. 4) Food also was satisfying.

1) Only steep staircase access to level 2 , 3. quite burden if carry heavy luggage, old folks to stay. but mgmt told will upgrade lift soon which is good news! 2) TV channel only TV1. sedih. hope can improve

The hotel is quite good

I like the property very much as it is located on the hill, the air is fresh and cold, very relaxing. It was very clean inside the hotel as we cannot wear our shoes in the hotel area but they provide the hotel shoes

I dont like the breakfast as it got too little choice, besides, there is only fan in the room. The tv is very small and got few channel only.
