I like the location and it's super quiet at night since we're a bit far from the city.

Both the hall and room fans were dirty and dusty. I didn't find much difference with 2 years back. The small fridge wasn't functioning. A hot shower should be fixed in the bathroom. There is no air conditioner in the hall and it is super hot . The sofa wasn't comfortable. It would be better to fix a better television with free Netflix streaming or at least a proper YouTube App.

I love the surrounding! The garden especially and the little chicks.mini fridge is the best thing !

The farmhouse were to far inside from town(but its ok) there was no hot shower, maybe air conditioning in the hall because its so stuffy and hot. Too much of black ants

1. Rural area of Melaka that is amazing; 2. Cosy and comfort; 3. Got Netflix; 4. Beautiful exterior and interior; 5. Very accomodate landlord/agent

1. A bit warm even during night due to poor ventilation; 2. Access to location a bit challenging; 3. Water pressure is OK to me but best to improve the pressure level

the house is nice and tidy value for the money. what i need is they already. really recommend if u have a small family

the location for me is good but if you are looking for something near or walking access to town then u need a transport.but i love the location

It is nearly fully furnished. You can cook your own food. But, bring your own cooking oil and other ingredients.

No microwave and very small chiller. But... that is just a small matter
